2017 Spring Season Registration is Now Closed!
Dear Parents
and Players,
We at Jackson
Lacrosse are proud to offer our new registration for the upcoming 2017 season. This year registration is open for Boys Grades 2
through 8th and for Girls Grade 3 through 8th. In addition, we will be offering an Instructional K-2 Program (please see section for further details).
Please go
to: http://jacksonlax.siplay.com/ and
follow the registration process or you can get the link from our website www.jacksonlax.org. Registration
will be open from Tuesday, October 25th to Sunday,
January 21th, 2017. Also, we will be giving out an “Early Registration” discount of
$20 per family, however this discount will end on November 27th,
2016.
The following
are the registration fees for 2017:
1
player registration $165 plus $120 for raffle tickets = $285
2
players registration $319 plus $240 for raffle tickets = $559
3+ players
registration $390 plus $240 for raffle tickets = $630 (max)
K-2 Instructional Clinic (Boys Only):
This clinic will be mostly instructional with some games. The cost for the program is $75 plus raffle tickets of $120 this includes the players US lacrosse fee and a pinnie (they do not receive the same uniform as the older players). The price structure above does not pertain to K-2 program.
However, for
the K-2 program our system cannot handle the different fees. So your registration will be a little different, please login and create account and follow the directions. You are going to use promo
code 2k16 and then check out. This code will zero out the payment but we still need the payment from you. Please
send the $75 plus $120 to either Jackson Lacrosse Club PO Box 1222
Jackson, NJ 08527 (put name in the memo account) or you can bring it to the first sizing date for uniforms (see below for date). Any questions please contact Tim @ boyscomissioner@jacksonlax.org.
We offer a
payment plan for your convenience (excludes k-2)!
Once you
completed your registration, we will designate 2 days for you to hand in your work bond form (1 per family), player card, uniform sizing and provide you with your raffle tickets.
For the Work Bond, you will need the form and an UNDATED $100 check made out to Jackson Lacrosse Club. If you complete your work bond assignment the check will either be destroyed or returned to you.
For the Player Card, you will need to fill out a card for your child.
Both forms
are located on the main page on Jackson Lacrosse Sports Illustrated Play page.
You must
attend 1 of the 2 days (with player or players) so we can get their measurements. However, if you do not provide us with your work bond, your son/daughter will not be sized or be given their
raffle tickets.
Lastly as part of your registration fee, Jackson Lacrosse will take care of your US Lacrosse fees (please do not renew or create an account).
New for 2016/17 - Training for Boys and Girls
Mad Dog Training Clinic for boys (Grades k-8)
This year the board has decided that instead of playing games at Goodsports (we felt that our players do not benefit from these games) that for a separate cost will train with ex Major League Lacrosse or College D1 players/coaches. This training would help our players become better lacrosse players. We still finalizing the cost and once we have everything in place we will send out a link for you to register (cost and location will be included in email with the link).
Girls Clinic
We are working on a clinic for all the girls as well and once we have a better commitment from that team we will send out the details.
Coaching:
If you coached last year and would like to coached again this year (Thank You in advance), please register for the 2017 season.
If you would like to coach and this would be your first year, please contact either Tim @ boyscomissioner@jacksolax.org or Suzanne @ girlscomissioner@jacksonlax.org.
If you like or are intrigued by lacrosse, watch this video. If you love lacrosse or are interested in the history of the game, you must watch this video, which is narrated by Mike Tirico. It is long - almost an hour - but your time will be rewarded.
